Arturo Vidal is expected in Milan in the coming hours to undergo a medical with Inter according to a report from Italian broadcaster Sport Mediaset, which was aired a short time ago.

Vidal is set to join Inter on a free transfer from Barcelona and upon completing his medical and signing his contract with Inter, he will immediately make himself available to Inter manager Antonio Conte in view of the fast approaching coming season.

The report from the broadcaster goes on to state that whilst Vidal will be swapping Barcelona for Milan, Inter striker Lautaro Martinez will not be going in the opposite direction.

Barcelona have been heavily linked with moving for Lautaro for a long time and have reportedly already agreed personal terms with the 23-year-old Argentine but this report states that Barcelona have set their sights on signing Lyon’s Memphis Depay and therefore Lautaro will be staying put at Inter.
