Crotone are leading the race to sign Inter midfielder Lucien Agoume according to a report from Italian news outlet FCInter1908.it.

The newly promoted club are one of several clubs to have expressed an interest in signing the highly rated young French midfielder.

Crotone are ready to guarantee Agoume an important amount of playing time and this fits in exactly with what Inter want as they want to loan him to a club where he can play regularly so he can grow and gain first team playing experience.

His agent Djibril Niang was at Inter headquarters earlier on today, as evidenced by Niang’s social media activity, and it can be presumed that talks were held regarding a loan move elsewhere.

Agoume joined Inter in the Summer of 2019 from Ligue 2 side FC Sochaux and is under contract with Inter until the end of the 2021/22 season. In his first season with the club, he made three appearances across all competitions, although he was unable to make any goal contributions.
