Manchester United are keeping tabs on Chelsea midfielder N’Golo Kante’s situation according to a report from British newspaper The Daily Star.
Kante could be sacrificed by Chelsea in order to raise funds to bring transfer target Declan Rice to the club and they have seemingly placed a €60 million pricetag on the head of Kante.
Manchester United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer likes Kante as he would like a Casemiro-style player in his side and the report goes on to explain that Manchester United would be interested in bringing Kante to the club if Chelsea gave them encouragement to complete the signing.
Manchester United are not alone in courting 2018 World Cup winner Kante though with Inter also interested in signing him and it remains to be seen whether Chelsea would be willing to help out a league rival in Manchester United by selling him to them.
In the 2019/20 season, Kante made 28 appearances across all competitions, in which he scored three goals.
