Torino want a sum in the region of €20 million for defender Armando Izzo according to a report in today’s print edition of Italian daily newspaper Tuttosport.

Izzo is subject to interest from a number of clubs but Torino are reluctant to let one of their important players depart the club.

Inter, Fiorentina and Napoli have all made an interest and made what are described as timid enquiries for the former Genoa player.

Lazio could also join the race to sign the 27-year-old. Due to being overtaken by Inter in the race to sign Hellas Verona’s Marash Kumbulla they could think about making a move for Izzo.

An agreement being found between two strong personalities in Lazio president Claudio Lotito and Torino president Urbano Cairo will not come quickly though.

The report from the Turin based news outlet concludes that Izzo’s agent Mino Raiola is doing everything in his power to get a transfer for his client.
