Football agent Marcelo Simonian is working on a deal that would see Milan Skriniar swap Inter for Paris Saint-Germain according to a report from Italian news outlet FCInterNews.it.
Simonian is working on behalf of Paris Saint-Germain whose owners have given him a mandate to get the Slovakian national team player to the club.
Skriniar is Paris Saint-Germain’s first choice to replace the recently departed Thiago Silva and they are prepared to offer him a five year contract worth twice as much as he currently makes at Inter.
Inter want at least €50 million for Milan Skriniar and the report concludes that the former Sampdoria player, who many consider to be a potential future Inter captain, could be sacrificed if Inter receieve a good offer.
Skriniar has always stated his intention to stay at Inter but it remains to be seen how he will react to the courtship of the French powerhouses. Much will ultimately depend on the guarantees that Skriniar is given from Inter with regard to playing time after he found himself resigned to the bench at the end of last season.
