Inter are looking to please coach Antonio Conte by signing Chelsea’s N’Golo Kante and Barcelona’s Arturo Vidal, as well as selling Marcelo Brozovic and Christian Eriksen, according to a report from today’s paper edition of the Milano based newspaper Corriere della Sera.
The report details how the Nerazzurri are working to sign the 29-year-old Kante, but the deal will be tough to reach due to the Blues’ poor relationship with Conte and their desire to earn €50 million from his sale.
Vidal is set to arrive either on a free transfer or for a low compensation fee, and so is less of a concern for the Nerazzurri.
In order to generate the necessary funds to sign the French midfielder, Inter are prepared to sell both Marcelo Brozovic and Christian Eriksen, the report continues.
Monaco is strongly interested in the Croatian and their initial offer was rejected by the Milanese club, but another attempt is likely to come soon.
