Italian football journalist Paolo Condo has shared how he would like to see Inter line-up in the fast approaching 2020/21 season.

Inter have added Alexis Sanchez, Achraf Hakimi and Aleksandar Kolarov to their squad ahead of the season getting underway and according to reports that have done the rounds in the media lately their incoming transfer business is not done either with reports strongly linking Inter with Barcelona’s Arturo Vidal and Chelsea’s N’Golo Kante.

“I would like to see an Inter defending with four at the back, with Hakimi at right back and a midfielder made up of Barella and one between Vidal and Nainggolan or even Sensi, or N’Golo Kanté and then Eriksen behind the two strikers,” Condo explained as he was present in the studios of Italian broadcaster Sky Sport Italia yesterday afternoon.

“I’m not the coach of Inter, as a football fan I think it’s destined to remain just a dream.”

Since Antonio Conte took charge of Inter in the Summer of 2019, Inter have almost exclusively played with a three man defensive line but have on occasion played with four at the back.

Inter’s season is due to get underway in exactly two weeks time with them due to open their 2020/21 Serie A campaign at home to Fiorentina at 20:45 local time on September 26.
