Inter May Have To Intervene To Unblock Deadlock Between Arturo Vidal & Barcelona Italian Broadcaster Claims

Inter target Arturo Vidal is unlikely to leave Barcelona until early next week, according to a report from Italian broadcaster Sky Sports Italia on their show ‘Calciomercato L’Originale’ last night.

The report details how the 33-year-old Chilean midfielder’s agent Fernando Felicevich is still in talks with the Blaugrana surrounding the player’s early exit from the club.

Despite having a contract that expires at the end of next season, Vidal is set to leave a year early by mutual consent, with Inter ready to secure his signature.

Despite Felicevich’s hard work in Catalonia, no agreement has been reached yet, the report continues, which has started to worry the Nerazzurri, who are considering possibly intervening to help Vidal.

It’s unlikely that an agreement will be reached over the weekend and so now the player is expected to leave Barcelona for Milan early next week. The player has been heavily wanted by coach Antonio Conte for some time now.
