Inter Linked Chelsea Wing-Back Emerson Palmieri’s Agent On Return To Italy: “I Can’t Say Anything”

Emerson Palmieri’s agent Fernando Garcia has remained tight lipped when asked whether his client could end up joining either Juventus or Napoli before the transfer window closes at the beginning of next month.

The Brazilian born Italian national team defender has been linked with a possible return to Serie A in recent weeks and months with both Juventus and Napoli having been linked with him as well as Inter, whose manager Antonio Conte is said to be a big fan of Emerson.

“I can’t say anything right now,” he explained in an interview with InsideFutbol.com.

Asked if a return to Italy for his client, where he has previously played for Palermo and Roma, is possible he simply responded: “Yes.”

Multiple reports have suggested that Chelsea want €30 million to part ways with Emerson, who has just under two years left to run on his contract with the Premier League outfit.

Last season the 26-year-old made 21 appearances across all competitions, in which he provided a single assist.
