Darian Males is set to become Inter’s latest acqusition according to a report from Italian broadcaster Sky Sport Italia journalist and transfer market expert Gianluca Di Marzio.

Inter have agreed a €4 million plus add-ons deal with Swiss Pro League side FC Luzern to sign the versatile Swiss youth national team player, who is capable of playing at striker, out on the wing and as an attacking midfielder.

Males underwent his medical with Inter earlier on today and Inter have beaten the likes of Juventus, Atalanta and Valencia to his signature.

The report goes on to explain that the deal could have been done in collaboration with Genoa whose sporting director Daniele Faggiano was keen on signing him during his time as Parma’s sporting director.

Last season Males made his first team breakthrough at FC Luzern as he made 21 appearances across all competitions at first team level. During his time on the park he scored two goals and provided four assists.
