Arturo Vidal has not trained with Barcelona today as his move to Inter edges closer to completion according to a report from Spanish news outlet Sport journalist Toni Juanmati.
Inter have been courting Vidal for a considerable amount of time and are closing in on bringing him to the club on a reported two year deal with an option to a third year worth €6 million a year.
Some reports have stated that former Juventus and Bayern Munich midfielder Vidal has been trying to terminate his contract with Barcelona in order to join Inter on a free transfer whilst some reports last night and today have suggested that Inter could pay €500,000 plus add-ons for the experienced Chilean national team midfielder.
Vidal made 43 appearances across all competitions last season for Barcelona and in his time on the park he scored eight goals and managed to provided his teammates with three assists.
Juanmati took to social media platform Twitter and posted: “Arturo Vidal no longer trains this morning. His move to Inter is done.”
Arturo Vidal no se entrena ya esta mañana. Su fichaje por el Inter está cerrado. Tampoco está Ansu Fati, que sigue recuperándose. Todibo y Pjanic, al margen #fcblive
