Premier League side Everton are interested in signing Inter winger Ivan Perisic, according to a report from English media outlet Liverpool Echo earlier today.

The report details how Carlo Ancelotti’s side are keen to sign the 31-year-old Croatian, who impressed last season whilst on loan with German giants Bayern Munich, where he helped the side win the Treble.

RB Leipzig are also interested in the 2018 World Cup finalist, and so developments are expected, including the possibility of the player remaining with the Nerazzurri.

Perisic has been deployed as a wing back by coach Antonio Conte in recent friendlies and training sessions, the report continues, suggesting that there is a chance the 51-year-old Italian will decide to retain the player.

Perisic made 35 appearances across all competitions last season for Bayern, for a total of 1756 minutes. In that time, he scored eight goals and provided ten assists, even featuring for the side in the Champions League final.
