Inter winger Ivan Perisic was played in the right wing back role by coach Antonio Conte yesterday in the club’s 7-0 friendly win over Carrarese, according to a report from today’s paper edition of the Rome based newspaper Corriere dello Sport.

The report details how the 31-year-old Croatian returned from a successful season on loan with Bayern Munich last season, where he won the Treble with the Bundesliga giants.

The player could still stay in Milan under the guidance of coach Antonio Conte, who deployed him in the right wing back role yesterday in the 7-0 friendly win over Carrarese.

Players who didn’t feature yesterday, such as Danilo D’Ambrosio, Stefan de Vrij, Aleksandar Kolarov, Achraf Hakimi and Roberto Gagliardini could all feature against Pisa today in another friendly, the report continues.

Conte rotated the squad a lot yesterday, giving many players minutes on the pitch, like Dalbert, Radja Nainggolan, Lorenzo Pirola and Lucien Agoume, amongst others.
