Pescara are interested in signing young Inter talents Lorenzo Pirola and Sebastiano Esposito, but will face competition from SPAL for the duo, according to a report from today’s paper edition of the Rome based newspaper Corriere dello Sport.

The report details how the Serie B are seriously keen to sign both Italian teenagers on loan for next season, but understand that a deal may be difficult to reach considering the widespread interest in Serie A in Esposito.

The 18-year-old Italian striker, who made his Serie A debut under coach Antonio Conte last season, has attracted the attention of many clubs in the Italian topflight.

SPAL are strongly interested in signing both Pirola and Esposito on loan and developments are expected soon.

Esposito made 14 first team appearances for the Milanese club last season across all competitions, where he scored one goal, thanks to a penalty gifted by friend and teammate Romelu Lukaku.
