Kwadwo Asamoah could soon leave Inter by way of mutual termination of contract according to a report in today’s print edition of Italian daily newspaper Tuttosport.

The Ghanaian defender has entered into the final year of his contract with Inter and given the persistent knee problem that limited his playing time last season and fact he is far from first in the pecking order, an agreement could be reached wherein he terminates his contract.

Asamoah currently earns €3 million a year at Inter and the report from the Turin based news outlet explains that there are currently no clubs willing to sign Asamoah.

There have however been reports elsewhere in the media that have linked Asamoah with possible switches to Galatasaray, Fenerbahce, a host of German clubs as well as some Italian clubs such as Crotone and Benevento.

Since arriving at Inter in the Summer of 2018 on a free transfer, he has provided three assists in 53 appearances across all clubs.
