Barcelona currently do not have the resources to allow them to make a move for Inter striker Lautaro Martinez according to a report in today’s print edition of Italian daily newspaper Corriere dello Sport.

Despite not having the resources at this moment, the report refuses to rule out the possibility of Lautaro moving from Milan to Barcelona as you never know what could happen. Lautaro’s compatriot Lionel Messi would like him to join him at the Camp Nou but there are no negotiations.

The report from the Rome based news outlet goes on to add that once the transfer window ends in about two weeks time, a contract renewal for Lautaro at Inter will be spoken about.

The report also states that Lautaro’s focus is currently on Inter’s Serie A season opener against Fiorentina this weekend at San Siro and he will no doubt be hopeful of carrying on his good pre-season form by scoring his first Inter goal against La Viola.
