Diego Godin is expected to complete his move to Cagliari tomorrow according to a report from Italian broadcaster Sky Sport Italia journalist and transfer market expert Gianluca Di Marzio.

Godin underwent his medical yesterday and will be in Cagliari tomorrow to finalise the move. There is already an agreement in place between Inter and Cagliari over the player and all that is missing is the definitive consent from his agents.

Godin will arrive at Inter after just a single season at Inter and he could possibly be joined at Cagliari by Radja Nainggolan, who Cagliari hope to bring back to the club after his successful season long loan spell last term.

Di Marzio goes on to dismiss the recent media speculation that there could be a joint deal done for the two players and states that it will in fact be necessary for Cagliari to hold separate negotiations with Inter over the former Roma midfielder.
