Inter Defender Lorenzo Pirola Accepts Pescara Loan Move Italian Media Reports

Lorenzo Pirola has accepted a loan move to Pescara according to a report in today’s print edition of Italian daily newspaper Corriere dello Sport.

The highly rated young central defender has been linked with moving on loan to the Serie B club for a few weeks now and has accepted a move that will see him spend the duration of the 2020/21 season on loan at the Delfini.

Pirola is a product of Inter’s youth academy and made his first team debut for the club at the end of last season. By moving to Pescara he will almost certainly play every week which will only help him continue to develop as a player.

The youngster, who recently signed a long term contract extension until 2025 with Inter, was also linked with a potential move to another Serie B club in SPAL, the club who Sebastiano Esposito looks set to join on loan for the season.
