Lucien Agoume will renew his contract with Inter prior to completing a loan move to newly promoted Serie A side Spezia according to a report from Italian news outlet FCInter1908.it.

One of Agoume’s representatives are in talks with Inter director Dario Baccin over a contract extension but the report does not specify how long the contract extension will be for.

The highly rated 18-year-old central midfielder’s current contract with Inter runs until the end of the 2022/23 season. The contract extension he receieves will in fact see him sign a professional contract with the club given he is now of age to do so.

Agoume joined Inter in the Summer of 2019 from French club FC Sochaux and is regarded as one of Inter’s best prospects at the moment.

Last season Agoume was a very regular feature on the bench for the first team and he even managed to make three appearances at first team level.
