AS Monaco have a strong interest in signing Inter central midfielder Marcelo Brozovic according to a report from Italian broadcaster Sport Mediaset, which aired a short time ago.

AS Monaco have offered a sum of €38 million to Inter in exchange for the Croatian national team player although as per the report, such an amount does not satisfy Inter chief executive Giuseppe ‘Beppe’ Marotta.

Inter midfielder Radja Nainggolan is meanwhile subject to interest from Cagliari and Inter want a sum of €12 million for the Belgian, who formerly played for Roma. Inter’s demands for Nainggolan are however a real obstacle for the Sardinian club.

The report goes on to explain that Inter hope to be able to raise important funds through their sales in order to makes moves to sign Chelsea’s Marcos Alonso and N’Golo Kante as they look to strengthen the side at left wing-back as well as in central midfield.

The report also adds that the next player to arrive at Inter will be Matteo Darmian from Parma. The Italian wing-back’s medical is scheduled to take place in the coming days.
