Inter will only move for Edin Dzeko if Lautaro Martinez is to leave the club according to a report in today’s print edition of Italian daily newspaper Corriere della Sera.

Dzeko’s future with Roma is currently uncertain but the Giallorossi club will have to make a decision on the Bosnia and Herzegovina national team striker’s future with the club soon.

The 34-year-old drew strong links to Juventus but a move to the Bianconeri appears to be off the cards after they brought Alvaro Morata back to the club.

Roma have also failed in their attempts to sign Napoli’s Arkadiusz Milik therefore Dzeko appears destined to stay Roma.

However, if Lautaro Martinez, who has been linked with Barcelona, Real Madrid and Manchester City as of late, leaves Inter, then the Nerazzurri club could well make a move to sign former Wolfsburg man Dzeko, who is under contract with Roma until the end of the 2021/22 season.
