Ivan Perisic will remain at Inter until at least January according to a report in today’s print edition of Italian daily newspaper Tuttosport.
The Croatian national team player is back at the club following a trophy filled season long loan spell at Bayern Munich last term and Inter manager Antonio Conte is to try and utilise him as a wing-back again.
Conte previously tried Perisic at wing-back prior to him being sent on loan to Bayern Munich but it lasted just one week last time but Perisic has been utilised as a wing-back throughout pre-season and Conte will stick with the experiment until at least January.
The report from the Turin based news outlet explains that given Perisic will be staying at Inter, Inter will not continue their hunt for a new left wing-back in the transfer window.
Perisic joined Inter back in 2015 and in his time with the club he has made 163 appearances across all competitions, in which he has scored 40 goals and provided 35 assists.
