Inter chief executive Giuseppe ‘Beppe’ Marotta and sporting director Piero Ausilio are working on selling players according to a report in today’s print edition of Italian daily newspaper Corriere della Sera.

Antonio Candreva and Andrea Ranocchia are on the brink of completing moves away to Sampdoria and Genoa respectively and all that is missing is the player’s giving their consent.

Napoli are pushing to sign Matias Vecino, who is currently sidelined by injury and the transfer formula for the Uruguayan national team midfielder will be a loan with obligation to buy.

Cagliari will meanwhile come back in for Radja Nainggolan next week whilst the report states it will be more difficult for Inter to sell the likes of Dalbert, Joao Mario and Kwadwo Asamoah.

The report from the Milan based news outlet goes on to conclude that despite rumours of Edin Dzeko, Olivier Giroud or Fernando Llorente being signed, Inter’s fourth choice striker role will be fulfilled by one of the young players at the club and it is currently more likely to be Andrea Pinamonti than it will be Eddie Salcedo.
