Tottenham Hotspur will soon make an official to Inter for Milan Skriniar according to a report from Italian news outlet FCInterNews.it.

Intermediary Frank Trimboli and Spurs technical director Frank Hitchen are working on the first official offer to present to Inter today in exchange for the Slovakian national team player.

It is unlikely that Spurs will satisfy Inter’s €60 million demands for Skriniar but could offer somewhere in the region of €45-50 million. Spurs are also ready to hand Skriniar a five year contract worth €5 million net a year plus add-ons.

The report goes on to explain that Paris Saint-Germain see signing Skriniar as a plan B to primary target Kalidou Koulibaly.

In the event that Skriniar goes on to leave the club, Inter will not be found unprepaed as they have identified Chris Smalling, Nikola Milenkovic and Antonio Rudiger as potential replacements for him already.

The report concludes that if Skriniar is sold, club owners Suning would prefer to get the money immediately rather than the deal be on a loan with obligation to buy basis. By having the funds immediately the Nerazzurri could attempt to sign Chelsea’s N’Golo Kante.
