Inter could include Andrea Pinamonti in a bid to sign Fiorentina’s Nikola Milenkovic according to a report in today’s print edition of Italian daily newspaper Tuttosport.

The Nerazzurri club have identified Milenkovic as a potential replacement for central defender Milan Skriniar, who has been strongly linked with a move to Premier League club Tottenham Hotspur.

Fiorentina are widely reported to want €40 million for Milenkovic and rather than pay that amount, Inter could include Pinamonti into negotiations to reduce the price they pay for the highly rated Serbian, who has also been linked to AC Milan.

The report goes on to explain that in the event Skriniar goes, Milenkovic comes in with Pinamonti departing as part of a deal for him, Inter will look to bring in Gervinho from Parma to fulfil the fourth choice striker role in the squad.

Gervinho is still playing for Parma and they are refusing offers but things could change in the final days of the transfer window.
