Andrea Ranocchia’s transfer from Inter to Genoa is almost done according to a report from Italian broadcaster Sky Sport Italia journalist and transfer market expert Gianluca Di Marzio.
Moments ago live on air during his show CalcioMercato L’Originale, Di Marzio stated that the Rossoblu are working with Ranocchia’s representatives to find an agreement over personal terms.
Ranocchia is the longest serving player currently on Inter’s books having joined the club way back in January 2011 and when he leaves the club, Di Marzio claims that Inter will then be able to complete the signing of Matteo Darmian, who they have agreed a deal with Parma over.
It is widely reported that Inter and Parma have had a deal in place for the Italian wing-back, formerly of Manchester United, for a long time and his arrival at the club will give Inter manager Antonio Conte a highly versatile player, capable of playing across the entire backline.
