Whilst there is still distance between Inter and Napoli in talks over Matias Vecino, there is optimism that a deal can be done according to a report in today’s print edition of Italian daily newspaper Tuttosport.

Inter are seeking a loan with obligation to buy deal with the obligation to buy set at €18 million for the Uruguayan national team player who is seemingly no longer part of the club’s plans.

Napoli meanwhile want to do a loan with option to buy deal with the purchase option set at just €10 million. Despite the distance, the report from the Turin based news outlet insists that there is optimism that the two clubs can agree terms over the former Fiorentina player.

Vecino joined Inter in the Summer of 2017 and has since went on represent the club on 96 occasions across all competitions, in which he has managed to score 11 goals and provided six assists for his teammates.
