Inter wish former striker and current FC Bayern Munich chairman Karl-Heinz Rummenigge a happy 65th birthday via a statement on the club’s official homepage.
Rummenigge joined Inter in 1984 for then a record fee of in the equivalent of €5,7 million from FC Bayern Munich and featured 107 times across all competitions scoring 42 times in the process, divided over 3 seasons.
The legendary German striker failed to win any trophies during his time with the Nerazzurri which was marred by injury but he has openly and often spoken about his love for the club.
