There is no doubt that Matteo Darmian will become an Inter player according to a report from Italian broadcaster Sky Sport Italia journalist Luca Marchetti.
Inter have been linked with moving for Darmian for a considerable amount of time now and are widely reported to have been in talks with Parma for about a year over him.
A deal is understood to have been agreed between the clubs and Darmian is also understood to have agreed personal terms with Inter and all that remains now is for Darmian to actually arrive at Inter but it is unclear exactly when that will be.
“Darmian will be an Inter player, the negotiations are now in the final stages but there are no doubts about where he will play this season,” Marchetti explained in an interview whilst present in the studios of Sky Sport Italia a short time ago.
“The Nerazzurri would like to have him on Thursday. Parma on the other hand would like to keep him at least for the their next match on Sunday against Hellas Verona before releasing him.”
Darmian joined Parma last Summer from Premier League side Manchester United and he has since went on to make 36 appearances across all competitions to date, in which he has scored one goal and provided a single assist.
