Radja Nainggolan could complete a return to Cagliari from Inter but it all depends on Cagliari’s offer according to a report from Italian broadcaster Sport Italia journalist and transfer market expert Alfredo Pedulla, as per Italian news outlet FCInter1908.it.

Nainggolan spent last season on loan at the Rossoblu club and Inter could let him leave in a loan with obligation to buy deal set at €12 million but it depends on what Cagliari will offer.

The report goes on to add that due to his injury status, Matias Vecino is highly unlikely to move to Napoli now but the Partenopei are evaluating the possibility of buying him in January, once he has recovered. Inter do not want to loan him out and want to sell him as they need cash.

Andrea Ranocchia has also been strongly linked with a move to Genoa but there are two reasons why the move has not taken place yet.

The first is Inter do not want to leave themselves short ahead of their match with Benevento and the second is they do not want to be short given they do not want to find themselves in a position like Genoa, who have temporarily lost 14 players due to them testing positive for COVID-19.
