Milan Skriniar could potentially start for Inter in tomorrow evening’s match away to Benevento according to a report from Italian broadcaster Sky Sport Italia, which was aired a short time ago.

The Slovakian national team player has been heavily linked with a potential switch to Premier League club Tottenham Hotspur but as of yet Inter have not receieved any concrete offers for the former Sampdoria player.

Skriniar is vying for the start against Danilo D’Ambrosio, who is naturally a wing-back but started as a centre back in Saturday’s 4-3 win over Fiorentina, whilst Skriniar was an unused substitute in the match.

25-year-old Skriniar joined Inter back in the Summer of 2017 in a player plus cash deal from Sampdoria and he has since went on to make 128 appearances across all competitions to date.

Skriniar, who is under contract with Inter until the end of the 2022/23 season, has scored four goals and provided a total of four assists for his teammates during his time on the park.
