Inter Could Still Sell Brozovic Or Eriksen To Finance Move For Chelsea’s Kante Italian Media Claim

Inter could still sell Marcelo Brozovic or Christian Eriksen in order to finance a deal for Chelsea midfielder Ngolo Kante, according to the print edition of Corriere dello Sport.

Radja Nainggolan is expected to complete a move to Cagliari in the coming days but the Nerazzurri have not finished their transfer business in defence or midfield.

Inter are waiting for offers for Brozovic and Eriksen, neither of whom are considered to be indispensable by head coach Antonio Conte.

Selling at least one of them for a fee in the region of €40-50 million would enable the club to make a last-minute bid for Kante, who remains Conte’s dream signing in midfield.

Brozovic has made 201 appearances in all competitions for Inter since joining from Dinamo Zagreb in 2015, scoring 23 goals and providing 25 assists.

Eriksen signed from Tottenham in January and started Saturday’s 4-3 win at home to Fiorentina, before being replaced by Stefano Sensi after another unconvincing display.
