There will be no major upheaval to Inter’s defence prior to the transfer window closing according to a report in today’s print edition of Italian daily newspaper Tuttosport.

Matteo Darmian is to arrive at the club from Parma today whilst Andrea Ranocchia and Milan Skriniar, both of whom have been strongly linked with potential moves away from the club, will in fact both be staying put.

Darmian is to arrive in a €2.5 million deal from the Ducali, a deal that has been in place for several months now and he will sign a four year contract which he will earn €2 million a year from.

The report from the Turin based news outlet goes on to add that Skriniar was subject to an offer of around €30 million from Tottenham Hotspur, an offer some way off of Inter’s €50-60 million demands for the Slovakian.

It remains to be seen now if Spurs will come back in with an improved offer but Skriniar does in fact appear set to remain an Inter player.
