Everything on the Milan Skriniar to Tottenham Hotspur front has went silent according to a report from Italian broadcaster Sky Sport Italia journalist and transfer market expert Gianluca Di Marzio.
As per what Di Marzio said during his show CalcioMercato L’Originale late last night, Spurs have yet to make an improved offer to the €30 million offer for the Slovakian national team player which Inter swiftly rejected.
Should Spurs fail to submit a better bid before Monday’s transfer deadline, Skriniar will stay put at Inter. Inter will only sell him if they receieve an offer over €50 million but will gladly keep him at the club as well.
The 25-year-old, who is under contract with the club until the end of the 2022/23 season, joined Inter back in the Summer of 2017 from fellow Serie A side Sampdoria. He has since went on to make 129 appearances across all competitiona for Inter, in which he has scored four goals and tallied as many assists.
