Inter and Cagliari are to meet tomorrow to hold further talks over Radja Nainggolan according to a report from Italian broadcaster Sky Sport Italia journalist and transfer market expert Gianluca Di Marzio.

Nainggolan spent the duration of last season out on loan at Cagliari from Inter and since the central midfielder’s return to Inter, Cagliari have far from hidden their desire to bring him back to the club.

Multiple reports have stated that the clubs are closing in on reaching or have already struck a deal over the 32-year-old, who is not a first choice at Inter right now, something which is reportedly annoying him.

“The most complicated part of the negotiation is certainly the one that concerns Cagliari and Inter, with the two clubs to meet again tomorrow, both with the intention of finding an agreement,” Di Marzio explained whilst present in the studios of Sky Sport Italia, a short time ago.

“The basis of the transfer should be a definitive one for €12 million, with the possible inclusion of some players as part payment, which will above all be sought from the youth academies of the two clubs.”

Nainggolan joined Inter back in the Summer of 2018 in a players plus cash deal from fellow Serie A side Roma. He has since went on to make 37 appearances across all competitions for Inter, in which he has scored seven goals and provided three assists.
