Inter and Cagliari remain in negotiations over central midfielder Radja Nainggolan according to a report from Italian broadcaster Sky Sport Italia, which was aired a short time ago.

The two clubs have been in talks over the former Belgian national team player for a few weeks now with Cagliari determined to bring Nainggolan back to the club after his loan spell with them last season.

The deal should be worth €12 million and Inter will also acquire two Cagliari youngsters as part of the deal with the report stating those youngsters will be Roberto Biancu and Riccardo Ladinetti.

Ladinetti could in fact remain on the island of Sardinia though as the report from the broadcaster states that Inter could loan him out to Serie C club Olbia for the season upon acquring him as part of the deal for Nainggolan, who joined Inter back in the Summer of 2018 from fellow Serie A club Roma.
