The match official assignements for the coming round of Serie A action have been formalised with Marco Guida assigned to referee Lazio versus Inter.

The 39-year-old referee, who has been refereeing in Serie A since 2010, will referee his first game of the season this weekend at the Stadio Olimpico when the Biancocelesti and Nerazzurri clubs face off against one another.

Last season Guida refereed Lazio in two matches across all competitions whilst he refereed Inter on just one occasion.

Ciro Carbone and Longo will be his assistants for the match, which is scheduled to kick off at 15:00 local time in the Italian capital. The fourth official for the match will be Davide Massa. Massimiliano Irrati will be in charge of VAR and Mauro Vivenzi will be alongside to assist him.

Inter travel to Roma having made a 100% start to the Serie A season whilst Lazio come in to the match having won once and lost once.
