Inter manager Antonio Conte will make a trio of changes for this weekend’s match against Lazio according to a report in today’s print edition of Italian daily newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport.

Alessandro Bastoni will come back into the side after being an unused substitute in Wednesday evening’s 5-2 win over Benevento. He will take the place of Aleksandar Kolarov, who will be rested after two consecutive starts.

Roberto Gagliardini, who played well against Benevento, scoring once and assisting once, will be replaced in the starting line-up by Nicolo Barella, who will play alongside Arturo Vidal in the centre of the midfield.

The third and final change will come in the attack. Lautaro Martinez will come back into the starting line-up in place of Alexis Sanchez and will renew his partnership with Romelu Lukaku.

Probable Inter starting line-up (3-4-1-2): Samir Handanovic; Milan Skriniar, Stefan de Vrij, Alessandro Bastoni; Achraf Hakimi, Arturo Vidal, Nicolo Barella, Ashley Young; Stefano Sensi; Romelu Lukaku, Lautaro Martinez.
