Inter have agreed a deal with Rennes for Dalbert that could potentially see them earn a total of €13 million according to a report from Italian news outlet CalcioMercato.com.
The clubs have agreed a loan with option to buy deal for the out of favour Brazilian wing-back, who spent last season out on loan at Inter’s fellow Serie A club Fiorentina.
Rennes will pay Inter a sum of €1 million to take Dalbert on loan until the end of the 2020/21 season and will have an option to sign him on a permanent basis at the end of the campaign for €12 million.
It has been widely reported that Dalbert will undergo a medical with Rennes today before finalising his loan switch to the Ligue 1 club, who he is no stranger to having faced off against them during his previous spell in France’s top flight.
In three years with Inter, Dalbert has made just 26 appearances, in which he has scored one goal and provided a single assist.
