Inter’s transfer market is as good as done with the signing of Matteo Darmian according to a report from Italian football journalist and transfer market expert Alfredo Pedulla.

As per Pedulla, who reported the news live on air for Italian broadcaster Sport Italia, Inter’s transfer market business for this window is 90% done with Darmian joining the club from fellow Serie A side Parma.

The Italian underwent his medical today and also signed his contract with the club. Inter have been linked with making a potential swoop for Chelsea’s Marcos Alonso prior to Monday’s transfer deadline but Pedulla has denied that Inter have an interest in adding the Spaniard to their ranks.

As far as the outgoing transfer business is concerned, Pedulla goes on to report that it cannot be excluded that negotiations between Inter and Cagliari over Radja Nainggolan could spill on over onto Monday.

This since Inter do not want to give up the former Belgian national team player, who joined the club in 2018.
