Inter duo Marcelo Brozovic and Milan Skriniar will not be joining French giants Paris Saint-Germain in this transfer window, according to a report from French news outlet Le Parisien earlier today.

The report details how a source close to the Nerazzurri revealed that the pair would not be heading to Paris to join PSG this transfer window, with the duo both being regularly deployed by coach Antonio Conte.

In recent days an exchange of loans between the Croatian midfielder and Leandro Paredes had been rumored, but the Argentinian said that he wanted to remain in Paris.

Coach Antonio Conte is now able to include the duo in his project this season, with Skriniar continuing his work to adapt to a three-man defense and the tactical system.

The Milanese club were initially hoping to sell one or both of the players in order to fund other transfer market moves, like Chelsea’s N’Golo Kante, but deals failed to materialise.
