Chilean midfielder Arturo Vidal will start for Inter against Lazio this afternoon, according to a report from today’s paper edition of the Turin based newspaper Tuttosport.

The report details how the 33-year-old Chilean has recovered from the small injury suffered against Benevento and will start against the Biancocelesti in Rome today.

Antonio Conte is preparing to deploy a strong midfield, giving up on creative outlets Christian Eriksen and Stefano Sensi, who will both start on the bench. Vidal will line-up alongside Roberto Gagliardini and Nicolo Barella.

The defense will be made up of Alessandro Bastoni, Stefan de Vrij and either Milan Skriniar or Danilo D’Ambrosio, ahead of Samir Handanovic. The wingbacks will be Ivan Perisic and Achraf Hakimi.

President Steven Zhang was present at the training ground in recent days and even watched the team practice their finishing.

The 33-year-old Vidal has appeared in both of the Nerazzurri’s games so far this season, with this being his second start.
