Inter striker Samuele Longo is on the brink of joining Vicenza on loan according to a report from Italian news outlet FCInterNews.it.

Longo’s agent Tulio Tinti is currently at work defining all of the details for the loan move to the Serie B club and he is also defining the details of his client’s contract extension with Inter until 2022.

Longo is a product of Inter’s youth academy but has spent almost every season of his career out on loan, mainly in Spain or the lower leagues of Italy.

The 28-year-old striker has had 11 loan spells to date since the 2012/13 season and his seemingly imminent loan to Vicenza will be his 12th since then.

Longo most recently spent time on loan at Serie B club Venezia. He made 17 appearances across all competitions for them, in which he scored four goals and provided a single assist for his teammates at the Pier Luigi Penzo Stadium.
