Only a few details are missing in negotiations between Inter and Sporting CP over midfielder Joao Mario according to a report from Italian football journalist and transfer market expert Alfredo Pedulla, as per Italian news outlet PassioneInter.com.
Negotiations between the two clubs are already well underway and only a few details are required until things are finalised.
Joao Mario joined Inter back in the Summer of 2016 from Sporting CP in a circa €40 million deal and in his report Pedulla does not specify what kind of deal the two clubs are negotiating for the 27-year-old, who spent the duration of last season on loan at Russian Premier League club Lokomotiv Moscow.
In his four year spell with Inter, Joao Mario has made 69 appearances across all competitions to date. During his time on the park, he has scored four goals and provided 13 assists for his teammates and has very seldom performed to expectations.
