There is still some distance in negotiations between Inter and Cagliari over Radja Nainggolan according to a report from Italian news outlet FCInterNews.it.
Despite Nainggolan’s agent meeting with Inter at Inter headquarters a short time ago, it has not been possible to unlock negotiations between the Nerazzurri and Rossoblu clubs.
Inter are adamant that they want to offload Nainggolan outright and obtain at least €10 million for him but Cagliari president Tommaso Giulini appears to be unwilling to even come close to that figure for the Belgian national team player.
Nainggolan spent last season on loan at the Rossoblu club, who have far from hiden their desire to bring Nainggolan back to the club for what would be his third spell with them and it now remains to be seen if between now and the transfer window closing, the situation can change and a deal can be reached.
Nainggolan has made one appearance across all competitions this season, in which he has failed to make any goal contributions.
