Inter added a high speed train and a warrior in the recently concluded transfer window but two question marks remain according to a report from Italian broadcaster Sport Mediaset, which was broadcast a short time ago.
Inter signed Achraf Hakimi, the high speed train, Arturo Vidal, the warrior, and the question marks are in relation to Radja Nainggolan and Christian Eriksen, both of whom ended up staying with the club.
Nainggolan had pushed for a return to Cagliari but Inter and Cagliari could not agree terms over the Belgian central midfielder. Eriksen was meanwhile subject to a late loan offer from Borussia Dortmund but Inter knocked it back.
Conte had wanted N’Golo Kante signed but due to not receiving adequate offers for either Marcelo Brozovic or Milan Skriniar, Inter had to give up their hope of signing him.
The report from the broadcaster goes on to conclude that from tomorrow Conte will begin the recovery of Radja Nainggolan, who ended up staying with Inter, and preparations for the Milan derby will also begin.
Inter are due to contest the Milan derby on October 17 and due to players being away on international duty, Conte will only have his full squad available to him from October 15.
