Nikola Milenkovic’s agent Fali Ramadani is set to meet with Fiorentina to hold talks over a possible contract renewal for his client according to a report from Italian news outlet CalcioMercato.com.

Milenkovic drew strong links to both Inter and AC Milan during the recently concluded Summer transfer window and despite these links Fiorentina are confident of being able to sign the highly rated Serbian national team player to a new contract.

Former Partizan Belgrade player Milenkovic’s current contract with La Viola is due to expire at the end of the 2021/22 season and this report states that if an agreement over a new deal is not reached, Fiorentina will sell him in January to avoid getting to next Summer when he will have just a year left on his deal with them.

This season the 22-year-old, who has been with Fiorentina since 2017, has made three appearances across all competitions, in which he has provided a single assist for his teammates.
