Inter will not face Real Madrid at the Santiago Bernabeu Stadium when the clubs meet in the Champions League group stage in the coming weeks, UEFA have confirmed, as per Italian news outlet PassioneInter.com.

Due to Los Blancos’ stadium being restructured, the 13 time Champions League winners will play all of their Champions League group stage matches at the Alfredo Di Stefano stadium, the stadium which is part of the club’s training complex.

Real Madrid are to play host to Inter on match day three of the group stages on November 3 and the reverse fixture will take place at San Siro the following match day.

Inter were drawn into group B alongside Real Madrid as well as Shakhtar Donetsk and Borussia Monchengladbach. Inter’s Champions League group stage campaign will commence in two weeks time with them to play host to Borussia Monchengladbach. The game is scheduled to kick off at 21:00 local time.
