Inter trio Danilo D’Ambrosio, Stefano Sensi and Nicolo Barella will all start on the bench for the Italian national team in this evening’s international friendly match against Moldova according to a report from Italian news outlet FCInterNews.it.

Italian national team boss Roberto Mancini is to deploy a somewhat experimental starting line-up against the European minnows tonight at Fiorentina’s Stadio Artemio Franchi ahead of the Azzurri’s UEFA Nations League encounters against Bosnia and Herzegovina and The Netherlands in the coming days.

It remains to be seen whether D’Ambrosio, Sensi or Barella will take to the pitch whatsoever later on today against Moldova, who are currently ranked by world football’s governing body FIFA as the 175th best national team.

The trio will however more than likely play a part in the matches against Bosnia and Herzegovina and The Netherlands.

Probable Italy starting line-up (4-3-3): Salvatore Sirigu; Manuel Lazzari, Gianluca Mancini, Francesco Acerbi, Cristiano Biraghi; Manuel Locatelli, Bryan Cristante, Giacomo Bonaventura; Domenico Berardi, Francesco Caputo, Stephan El Shaarawy.
