Photo – Inter Midfielder Joao Mario Celebrates Sporting CP Return: “Back Home”

Joao Mario has taken to photo sharing social media platform Instagram to share his delight having completed a return to former employers Sporting CP.

The Portuguese national team player returned to the Portuguese powerhouses on a season long loan deal from Inter on Tuesday.

Joao Mario joined Inter back in the Summer of 2016 in a circa €40 million deal and has made 69 appearances across all competitions for the club, in which he has scored four goals and tallied 13 assists.

He posted: “Back home!  I will be very happy once again! With the same joy and desire to triumph as when I was 10 years old! With a lot of work ahead and all united.”
